The End of The Clone Wars

Most Star Wars fans would already know the big news. The end is coming. This post is dedicated to the memories of TCW.

I must say that I expected this to happen, ever since Disney brought Star Wars. It didn't make me any less sad, though. It's true that all things must come to an end sooner or later, but I wish it was later, not sooner. Even stars die. This is another mark that I'm growing up, as much as I don't want to.

I watched my first Star Wars the Clone Wars episode back on season one. I remember it clearly; I was in Africa, sitting on a yellow sofa with my brother with a game of monopoly sprawled out below us, forgotten until the show finished. I wasn't even a hardcore Star Wars fan back then; I only watched the movies and felt special about them. I didn't even know that there are other girls out there who loves Star Wars like I do. Back then, I only came on the computer to use paint, I still pick up dolls to play... well, to pretend they're having lightsaber duels.

Then I started learning more of how to use the internet. I started watching episodes I missed online. Then I brought the movie, and I fell in love with Ahsoka despite the knowledge that she didn't really fit into cannon. Season three came out when I came back to Asia. I watched more and felt interested in the EU. I started using Facebook and connected with other fans.

That's probably when I realized Star Wars the Clone Wars is my childhood and more. Star Wars never told me this, but Star Wars had let me know that it was always there for me as much as I was there for it.

Sure, we would still watch the new movies for the new generation, just like how the prequels were for our generation, and the originals for the generation before us. It may never be TCW. Without TCW Star Wars may seem to die a bit, but Star Wars itself would never die as long as there are people loyal to it.

Okay, I know that's a Harry Potter quote. Sorry. Anyway, enough with the cheesy stuff. Any more and I'm going to cry. Heck, there MIGHT be a season left to go, so why not "live here and now" and enjoy it if it comes?

An episode. A Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode. Only one.
One is enough.
Even though it is the end of the age of the Clone Wars, it has saved its best for last.

Forgive me for taking this from the Episode III novelization, but I can't help it. Kudos for those who knows where it is.

If you haven't watched the video, go watch it! Rest would be anticipation for season 6.

Dave, I really hope you mean it when you said the best is yet to come. I expect season 6 to be the last.

Okay... for the preview? Scream!!! How can you leave us with that?

I'm guessing the clone was under some control, since we already had a rouge clone earlier in the season. I thought the Jedi should be a bit faster... c'mon. It kind of reminded me of Aayla Secura's death  in Order 66, though. Oh, and apart from that it has a few other flaws. Why didn't Anakin sense it and come in the way? Why did the other Jedi call her 'sister' when Jedi aren't allowed family?

The two Jedi 'sisters' are probably Nautolians. If you don't know what that is *cough*, it's the same species as Kit Fisto. They look kind of different, but then again I don't think we ever saw a female Nautolian. For more information go to wookiepedia.

Return of some great clones brighten up my day. But where's Ahsoka? That will be my biggest what-if.

Well, I guess I said enough. I expected this post to be a bit shorter. Anyway, may the Force be with you, TCW, and everyone.

Revenge

Well, I'm definitely excited for this one, and I have a feeling it won't let me down this time! The Jedi is coming into this just like plain old Star Wars- Jedi vs. Sith!!! One thing that's boggling me, though, is that is Darth Mual a sith still? If he is, then the rule of two that Darth Bane created may have loopholes. Does Sidious know? There are many questions in my head... I hope they're answered here.

Moral

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend."

This reminds me of The Force Unleashed Two... "I was once foolish to think my enemy's enemy is my friend." or something like that. It contradicts each other, but I believe in both. I mean enemy of my enemy is my friend, but I still need to be guarded, right? Or something. I don't want to confuse myself.

Official Description
"Savage and Maul, now reunited, pursue Obi-Wan Kenobi in search of revenge, and the Jedi Knight finds himself forced to unite with a surprising ally to defend against the deadly siblings."
Simply said, this leaves me speechless.

Pictures
One note... I find it surprising that they went to the thick of the action in the trailer, because mostly they show just the scenes that were not so exciting, but pumps us up. So the trailer left me literally wide eyed.

Is that... Obi-Wan's lightsaber?! I wonder what Anakin will say? :P Anyway, looks like he's armed, though now a saberstaff as usual.

So Obi-Wan arrives on this creepy world that's kinda beautiful. Huh. And I notice his lightsaber...

I'm glad Obi-Wan force pushed it to the wall to end it's misery of slamming itself over and over, even though it's a droid.

This is where it gets creepy and exciting!

Good to know that Darth Mual replaced his legs. Those spider legs were creepy and fragile and.... gah. I hated it. Anyway, it's also good to know Obi-Wan is still himself.

Just like the trailer for Darth Mual returns! Beautiful! And deadly...

Yes, Obi-Wan, it is really him. Though he does talk more than in Episode one.

Yeah, he will never forget him.

The two brothers... I just read about Mual in Darth Plaguies... so he's half nighsister and everything... surprising and awesome! That explains a lot.

It seems not to belong in this episode and the graphics ain't good. Hmmm...

Yes that is Obi-Wan's lightsaber. Oh Force.

Doesn't seem to belong either. And not beautiful like the others.

A good lightsaber fight always pump me! And I see his lightsaber...

Darth Mual NEVER taunts. It simply isn't his style, as stated in wookiepedia. Until now. This is the first time I see Obi-Wan like this.
That's it for now! May the Force be with you!

Brothers

I'll start off by saying that episodes without Jedi is starting to wear on me. I hope that this one has it, though I'm quite sure it does. Anyway... if my emotions can be described in words, I'd say I'm elated that Darth Maul is going to be epic. And that's putting it very mildly... and "very mildly" is an overstatement.

Moral
"A fallen enemy may rise again, but the reconciled one is truly vanquished."

Wow... I love this one as usual. Something to puzzle out... at night... reminding myself that I'm supposed to think of Star Wars...

Official Description
"The dark warrior Savage Opress is on a quest to find his long-lost brother. Could Darth Maul truly be alive, after more than a decade since his gruesome bisection at the blade of Obi-Wan Kenobi? Savage voyages into the depths of a twisted planet to find whatever became of the fallen Sith Lord."

My mouth is opening in a silent scream. That's all I need to say...

Pictures

In a cave... creepy...

Savage searching everywhere... he is close...

He finds out the necklace glows with the dust... which means something interesting is gunna happen...

Even with the clan dead she's still up to something.

The pictures below I'm not sure whether they are from the next episode, but I'm guessing they are and some of them are just epic.

Nice planet. I love this color. And his ship looks like a bus.

He knows...

He stands at the entrance...

Love his lightsaber :D

*mouth opens in shock*

The two brothers finally meet :)

I'm glad Assajj is appearing again! Can't wait for this!

I'm not sure if Obi-Wan is in here and I'm guessing not... but I wish it were so. Until next time, May the Force be with you!

Bounty & DARTH MAUL RETURNS!

I do not think this one will blow me off, but I'm looking forward to it nonetheless.

Moral
"Who we are never changes, who we think we are does."
Something to puzzle on :) I like it :D

Official Description
"An aimless Asajj Ventress joins a team of bounty hunters under the leadership of young Boba Fett. On an alien world, they undertake a dangerous but profitable mission that tests the limits of their skills, and the strength of Asajj's character."

I thought Boba was in prison? He escaped like Obi-Wan did? Well... gotta see!

Pictures
There's going to be action for sure :)

I like that creature :) And I see the team coming...

Hey, that man sitting got a sense of humor :D

I like Boba more with hair. The droid at the back looks like Grevious Magna stink tinny :)

I'm glad Ventress made the stand, though I don't know why I am :D

********************

Now.... Eeeeeeeeeeeekkkk!!! Darth Maul returns! Though it kind of spoils the moment in TPM, I still can't wait for it to come! :D
I'm not going to do the pictures and everything, since I think it's better for you to watch the epic video yourself if you haven't already. Don't forget to explore a little, there is a small video after that that say Preview: Darth Maul returns to the Clone Wars

I just can't wait... the video showed me the pieces of the puzzle that I'm going to put together... later on with the help of the full video! I'm mystified by this one. It knew what I wanted and gave only a sip of water to a dying man's mouth. It gave me what I needed to know but gave only a drop so I know what it's like. It knows I will crave more. Though I'm glad to know that the Nigtsisters were still going, Dooku is sharp as ever, and the dark side didn't cloud Yoda. Oh, and of course there's going to be some epic action.

That's it for now... May the Force be with you!

Massacre #2

Okay. I did my last one before a few days ago, before anything was out. I thought it was going to be out this previous Saturday... forgive me for not checking wikipedia or anything well. Not wanting to add to the old one, I just did this new post. So... here we go...

Moral
"One must let go of the past to hold onto the future."

Wow. Nice quote. Though I'd stick on to Qui-Gon's and hold to the present. ;D

Summary
"Count Dooku is determined to have revenge against the Nightsisters of Dathomir after their betrayal. General Grievous launches an all-out droid attack against the magic-wielding witches, and Mother Talzin and Asajj Ventress lead the defense with all the dark powers at their command."

Different from last time, eh? :D This one is in more details, but it didn't mention about the season finale :/

Pictures
Okay, I got some new ones! For those who wanna see the other two... it's in my previous post... sorry :/

A mysterious ship landing... the Nightsisters take aim...

Oh. So it's Ventress. Good thing for her the Nightsisters didn't shoot.

What a change in environment... o.O

Ventress and Mother Talzin meets... I didn't know that it was the first time since season three :/ I thought she returned already... well...

So genuine... who would've guessed this wasn't a normal mother and daughter pair...

They're in for a talk. I wonder why Talzin didn't tell her about Savage? And it isn't like Ventress to hide for so long...

Her pale blue eyes sure make her attractive to SOME people...

Talzin is wise... Ventress must let go of what she has, she said, and that she should only have loyalty to her sisters and herself... so like witches. I recognize that room at the back as the room Savage saw his brother.

Well, I have high hopes for this episode. So until then... May the Force be with you!

Massacre

Okay... let's get started. Sorry I took so long before posting this... I can't seem to find anything on it. Looks like they're no previews videos or morals or anything much... anyway, I guess you will be seeing this in the morning because my time zone is ahead of alot of countries. And I'm going to watch Star Wars 3D finally!!! I can't get my head straight with these two things this weekend! :D

Moral
[Not out yet... come on!]

Official Description
"The first episode of a four-part season finale. Count Dooku seeks revenge for his betrayal at the hands of Asajj Ventress and the Nightsisters."

T-t-the... season finale??? I can hardly wait. I saw the season four trailer a long time ago... and Ventress vs. Grievous is stuck in my head. I hope it's gonna be in this episode! If not... then, well, it's not the will of the Force. But I know this is going to be awesome, Grievous or not!!!

Pictures
I can't find much... and I'd put the Duel in case it's in this episode

I simply can't wait for this. :)

Dooku with chickenpox? xD This is soooo creepy...

That's all I can find! May the Force be with you!

Crisis on Naboo

Okay, let's make this short and sweet. Like every other episode, I guess this is gonna be thrilling! But after being thrown off the hook in the last episode, I have high hopes for this one.

Moral
"Trust is the greatest of gifts, but it must be earned."

*sigh* :) What a good one :D

Official Description
"The Chancellor travels to Naboo to preside over a public ceremony, guarded by Jedi Knights. Dooku and his bounty hunters—including an undercover Obi-Wan Kenobi—launch their kidnapping plot."

Ahhhhh!!! Awesome!!! I wonder what role Sidious plays in this as Palpatine? Hmmm...

Pictures
I always looks forward to a lightsaber duel! :D And Palpatine is there... reminds me of ROTS

The Bounty Hunters meeting with Dooku leading :) Hmm...

Bane is gonna act like a natural leader, I'm sure! ;)

A thingy that's gonna help their plan thingy :P

After assigning jobs, Obi-Wan/Hardeen gets the sniper o.O

That's it for now! May the Force be with you!

Book of the Sith

As you all know, Book of the Sith is coming out soon! I really want to read that... even though I would be a Jedi over Sith if I have the choice. This book would give me the views of the Sith and more information on them. I can't wait!!!

So, I watched the trailer on StarWars.com and took a look at the writings shown. It's not much, but worth looking at. I want to see the whole thing very soon... even more than before now that I read bits of it. To save you trouble, I'm going to post it up. Click for a bigger picture!

That's it! Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did!!! May the Force be with you!!!
